Advanced Masterclass
Interview Preparation module
Live session enrollments (Python, SQL, PySpark)
Azure End-to-End Cloud Project
HR Connect subscriptions
Any other paid feature or upgrade on this platform

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Our courses and sessions deliver live, instructor-led content and provide immediate access to digital materials, recorded sessions, and community resources upon enrollment. Because this content is consumed digitally and cannot be "returned," we are unable to offer refunds once access has been granted.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the rare case of a duplicate payment caused by a technical error (e.g., the same order charged twice). In such cases, contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your payment receipt and order ID. We will verify and process a reversal for the duplicate charge only.
